Position: Culinary Manager Production

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of culinary leadership experience; skills in Food Service Management acquired from 3-5 years of work experience as a Food Service Manager, Chef, or Dietary Manager; effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to problem solve with staff, physicians, patients, and families; knowledge of food handling regulations and certification tests; proficiency in electronic medical records and office equipment
