Position: CULINARY MANAGER
About: The Market Street Culinary Manager is primarily responsible for guest relations and satisfaction by upholding the Ultimate Service standard in the food service department operations. This role involves leading a team to ensure the execution of company policies, maintaining a positive work environment, and achieving financial goals within a high-volume food service establishment.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent; Experience in high volume food service establishment or a minimum of 4 years’ restaurant experience; Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management and subordinates; Ability to self-motivate, problem-solve, and work with minimal supervision; Must maintain Certified Food Safety Manager certification
