The Culinary Manager will be responsible for purchasing all food, managing inventory, preparing meals, managing the menu, training staff for excellent customer service, ensuring nutrition and food quality, and complying with regulations for safe operations.
Requirements: Must have knowledge of dietary procedures and related Health Department regulations; minimum of 1 year dining services management experience; at least 2 years in a supervisory role in food preparation and customer service; drug-free with the ability to pass drug screening and background check; effective communication skills; flexibility to work weekends and evenings; basic knowledge of special dietary needs.
