Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a culinary or kitchen environment preferred; demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team effectively; familiarity with food and beverage management practices; physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various kitchen conditions; strong communication and problem-solving skills
