Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven track record of coaching and developing team members; ability to lead and inspire teams; basic food and beverage management knowledge; physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, work in varying temperatures, handle equipment, and communicate effectively; excellent organizational and leadership skills
