About: Delta Hotels by Marriott Phoenix Mesa is seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Cuisine to oversee food planning, preparation, and production for all food outlets and banquet facilities, ensuring top-quality standards are met at all times.
Requirements: 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training; knowledge of Inventory software, Squirrel Order processing systems, Excel Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software; Food Safety Certificate such as Servsafe Manager certification required
