Position: Culinary Herons Cook PM
About: The Herons Cook at The Umstead Hotel is responsible for leading by example in all aspects of production and service, embodying the values of quality, sanitation, and fair treatment of associates. They maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace as directed by the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine, reporting to the Chef De Cuisine and/or Sous Chef Team.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; One to two years of kitchen experience preferred; Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government-required licenses, certificates, or permits
