Position: Culinary Herons Cook PM
About: The Herons Cook at The Umstead Hotel is a key member of the culinary team, embodying the core values of quality, sanitation, and fair treatment of associates. This role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workplace under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine, reporting directly to the Chef De Cuisine and/or the Sous Chef Team.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; One to two years of kitchen experience preferred; Ability to obtain and maintain any government-required licenses, certificates, or permits; Must adhere to The Umstead Hotel’s grooming standards
