Position: Culinary Herons Cook AM
About: The Herons Cook at The Umstead Hotel is a key position responsible for leading all aspects of Herons production and service, embodying the core values of Quality, sanitation, and fair treatment of associates set by the Executive Chef. This role reports to the Chef De Cuisine and/or the Sous Chef Team, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workplace environment.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; One to two years kitchen experience preferred; Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government-required licenses, certificates, or permits; Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per The Umstead Hotel standards
