Position: Culinary – Executive Chef
About: Hotel Maya, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is seeking a passionate Executive Chef with a flair for creativity and leadership. We are a Latin inspired hotel with a restaurant that has been a staple in our community for many years.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of hotel experience with high-volume banquet operations, including restaurant/bar outlet; Proven experience in menu planning and food production; Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices; Previous experience in a cook or chef role; Excellent skills in food service management; Familiarity with banquet operations and food management
