Position: Culinary Director – Lifeworks

Requirements: Culinary Degree required with advanced work in Culinary Arts; Minimum 5 years progressive Culinary experience, post degree completion; Experience with new concept, menu and recipe development; Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Food Production Management systems, recipe database, and presentation software; Culinary vision, passion for food, written and oral communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal and motivational skills, attention to detail, ability to drive projects to completion, adaptability to change, ability to make high-quality decisions, ability to work independently or in a team, ability to motivate and influence others
