Position: Culinary Director

About: Luby’s Culinary Services, managing the day-to-day operations of Three Crosses Regional Hospital, seeking a Culinary Director to lead and develop the Culinary team, maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers, and ensure operational excellence aligned with the company’s Mission Statement.

Requirements: Associate’s Degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years in hospital food service management; Strong budgeting, accounting, and P&L management skills; Ability to train, manage, and lead a team; Experienced in relationship management and strong communication skills; Strong analytical and planning skills, U.S. work eligibility, and reliable transportation
