Position: Culinary Director

About: Luby’s Culinary Services is seeking a Culinary Director to join the team at Amegy Bank! This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the location, managing revenue, expenses, profitability, compliance, staff development, and fostering relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers. The Culinary Director must align with the company’s core values and maintain professional interactions. Free parking is provided for this role.

Requirements: Associates Degree; Minimum 5 years of successful contract food service management experience with knowledge of Food Service and Nutrition Operations; Minimum 5 years of culinary experience; Excellent financial, budgetary and accounting skills; Experienced in client relationship management; Ability to communicate effectively at all levels; Good analytical and planning skills; Must meet U.S. work eligibility requirements and be at least 21 years of age; Must have independent, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; Ability to effectively teach, train, manage, and lead a team; Working knowledge of basic financial aspects of restaurant operations
