Position: Culinary Director

About: Aramark Healthcare is searching for a Culinary Director at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. The Culinary Director is responsible for directly supervising kitchen personnel and coordinating all related culinary activities.

Requirements: 10 years of industry and culinary management experience; 3 years of acute care healthcare culinary experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Strong leadership and customer service skills essential; Experience in controlling food and labor costs, demonstration cooking, menu development, pricing, and culinary team development preferred; P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience desirable
