Position: Culinary Director
About: Clarendale West End is a community under construction, expected to start in early December 2024. This role involves hiring and onboarding employees for the community, setting up departments, and contributing to the community’s culture. As one of the first employees, you’ll have the opportunity to build a dedicated team to care for residents.
Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s degree (in culinary arts program preferred); Successful completion of recognized food safety course; Minimum of five years’ experience as an executive chef, chef in a hotel, restaurant, club, or similar setting; Minimum of three years’ experience in administration and management of food service systems; Senior living community experience preferred
