Requirements: High school diploma or GED; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred); proven experience in sales or customer service; strong understanding and passion for artisanal foods; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships; capable of managing inventory and tracking sales; basic knowledge of marketing strategies; strong interpersonal skills
