Requirements: One to five years of food service/culinary experience; experience in stadium, casual, fine dining, hotel, banquet, private club, or catering; familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils; ability to follow instructions with attention to detail; maintain a professional disposition and work well in a team; work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; adhere to health code, sanitation, and food safety standards; possess Fayette County Food Handlers License and a Kentucky Horse Racing Authority License
