Position: Culinary Banquet Cook
About: A prestigious hotel is seeking a Banquet Cook to lead by example in all aspects of Banquet production and service, embodying values of quality, sanitation, and fair treatment of associates. The Banquet Cook will work closely with the Executive Chef and Banquet Chef to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace, reporting directly to the Hotels Banquet Chef and/or the Banquet Sous Chef. The role requires maintaining professional relationships, physical ability to lift 50lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and expertise in various kitchen services from breakfast to dinner.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in banquet production and service; ability to communicate effectively and organize efficiently; commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and team leadership; physical endurance for lifting and standing; understanding of customer perception in banquet services
