Position: CULINARY ARTS INSTRUCTOR @ SATELLITE SCHOOL
About: Southern California Regional Occupational Center (SoCal ROC) is seeking a qualified Culinary Arts Instructor for their Satellite School. The instructor will be responsible for teaching students the key aspects of a career pathway in Food Service and Hospitality, emphasizing industry awareness, sanitation, safe food handling, food and beverage production, nutrition, food service management, and customer service.
Requirements: Must have a Designated Subjects Vocational Education Teaching or Designated Subjects Career Technical Education (DS CTE) Teaching credential, or be eligible to obtain one. A minimum of three years of full-time recent work experience is required. Possession of a current license/certificate in the State of California is necessary.
