About: This position is for a culinary instructor responsible for teaching culinary classes at an academic institution. The role involves evaluating and reporting student performances, conducting lectures in various formats, and adhering to college policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary industry OR 6000 hours of work experience; Culinary and some baking and pastry experience; Expertise in Serv Safe, supervision, cost controls, purchasing, nutrition and wellness, advanced culinary principles; Usage of an online learning management system; Ability to pass a background check. Preferred: Teaching experience
