Position: Credit Resolution Administrative Assistant – PRN (7am – 3:30pm)

About: The Credit Resolution Administrative Assistant provides administrative, clerical, receptionist and staff support to the general organizational operations at the Westpark Facility in New Orleans, LA. The role requires interaction with patients, visitors, and staff and entails managing various tasks related to project management, administration, expense management, communication support, secretarial tasks, and clerical duties.

Requirements: Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of Project Management or related field experience; Preferred: Healthcare administrative experience and/or billing, follow-up, credit resolution and cash posting experience; Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) – Project Management Institute (PMI); Exhibit a high degree of customer service, cooperation, teamwork, initiative, and exceptional judgment; Demonstrated ability to achieve time-based objectives, balance multiple priorities, communicate effectively while remaining organized; Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); Demonstrated logical problem-solving capability.
