Position: Crawfish Cafe – Kitchen Manager (Pearland)
About: Crawfish Cafe, a Vietnamese Cajun Seafood restaurant originating from Houston, Texas, is in search of a Kitchen Manager to efficiently control kitchen tasks, budget, and oversee kitchen operations. Known for our delicious sauce blends tossed in a variety of seafood, we have been featured in numerous Houston publications for our culinary offerings.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience, minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment; Food Manager Certificate; ability to lift 50lbs or more; basic math skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred;
