Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible schedule with ability to work long hours when necessary; ability to stand during entire shift; effective communication skills both verbally and in writing; strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; attentive, friendly, and courteous approach to guest and employee interactions; compliance with hotel standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations; willingness to cross-train in various hotel areas; ability to maintain confidentiality and show initiative in guest service; must be able to handle problems effectively and apply complex information to meet objectives.
