Position: Counsel – Regulatory Compliance

Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a law firm, in-house counsel, or government role; J.D. from a nationally recognized law school; Active law license in any state in good standing; Familiarity with data privacy, marketing, IP, online content, online safety, and other relevant laws; Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to assess and manage risk; Ability to network and build relationships within and outside the organization; Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
