Requirements: Customer Service or hospitality experience; Strong interpersonal skills; Presentable and professional demeanor; Fluency in written and verbal English; Strong written communication skills – clarity and grammar – for employee-facing materials; Confidence and experience interacting with individuals at all levels; MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word; Office Administration skills
