Position: Corporate R&D Chef
About: Trail-blazing fast casual restaurant group with 14 units throughout California and a focus on premium service and scratch-made food. The leadership team comprises chefs and food business entrepreneurs with a track record of successful fast casual chains.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; 2+ years of experience in multi-unit chain restaurant R&D, managing food and product development projects; Car and Driver’s License required with ability to travel 25%; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and G Suite required; Inventory Management software experience preferred; Ability to prioritize, plan work assignments, and work under tight deadlines
