Position: Corporate Event Planner
About: As a Corporate Event Planner at Capital Group, you will lead the design and execution of internally driven events, including leadership retreats, executive offsites, and board meetings. The role involves collaborating closely with business partners and vendors to meticulously develop, plan, and budget meetings and events to achieve operational excellence and business goal outcomes.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; significant corporate meeting management experience, preferably in the finance or investment industry; expertise in managing meetings and events from concept to execution; exceptional communication skills; skilled at managing budgets and negotiating contracts; quick learner with proficiency in event management technologies; experience in streamlining processes and executing project plans; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing tasks with calmness.
