Position: Corporate Director of Culinary Training
About: This position is for a Corporate Director of Culinary Training at the Corporate Office. The immediate supervisor for this role is the Sr. Corporate Director of F&B. The job involves traveling 50% of the time.
Requirements: Minimum 2-year associates degree in culinary arts or 4-year college degree; minimum 5 years’ experience with high quality F&B a la carte and catering environments; formal culinary training/school preferred; experience in training and opening new restaurant/hotel openings preferred; advanced culinary skills: proper knife handling and general kitchen equipment use, knowledge of HAACP and proper sanitation procedures, strong communication skills – verbal, written, and typed, computer skills – Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, ability to work on multiple projects, knowledge of workplace safety procedures, licenses, certification, or registrations required for the position: ACF Certified – Preferred & Serv-Safe Certified; able to relocate to Corporate Headquarters in Merrillville, IN and willing to travel 50% of the time.
