Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years general office experience; previous Guest Services experience; good computer software knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Video Conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.); good verbal, written, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to troubleshoot audiovisual issues
