Position: Corporate Chef
About: Great American Steakhouse is seeking a dedicated Corporate Chef to oversee all culinary functions, improve guest and employee satisfaction, and maximize financial performance. The Corporate Chef will ensure adherence to sanitation and food standards, manage food preparation areas, control costs, plan seasonal menus, manage inventory, and collaborate on new culinary programs with the marketing and culinary teams. Other duties include leading the kitchen management team, providing direction for daily operations, implementing inventory control procedures, managing expenses, maintaining brand standards, training staff on safety and sanitation, ensuring consistency in food preparation, displaying leadership in guest hospitality, and addressing guest concerns.
Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of high volume Executive Chef experience; Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent experience and training; prior experience in hospitality culinary management; comprehensive operational knowledge; demonstrated leadership skills; ability to motivate and educate team members; flexible schedule for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
