Position: COORDINATOR – VIP SERVICES (ON-CALL)
About: The Venetian Resort is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Coordinator – VIP Services to join their team. This position involves providing exceptional service to VIP guests while adhering to the resort’s policies and procedures.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High School diploma or equivalent; Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration, Health Card, and any other required certifications; 2 years previous VIP experience preferred; Strong customer service skills; Previous casino experience preferred; Ability to communicate clearly in English; Strong interpersonal skills; Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
