Position: Coordinator, Guest Services (Volcano Bay)
About: Guest Services Coordinators at Universal Orlando Resort are responsible for ensuring guests enjoy their stay through setting expectations, troubleshooting, and resolving guest situations. They provide exemplary guest service while maintaining quality and a positive atmosphere, including satisfying guest needs and monitoring company assets. The role involves handling ticket issues, cash handling, and environmental health and safety responsibilities. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 3+ years of previous guest service experience in the hospitality industry and 1+ years of providing direction.
