About: Universal Orlando Resort is looking for Guest Services Coordinators to ensure Guests enjoy their stay through exceptional service and support, handling guest inquiries and resolving sensitive situations. Coordinators maintain quality service standards while upholding a positive atmosphere at the resort.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years of previous Guest Service experience in Hospitality Industry preferred; 1+ years providing direction preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
