Position: Coordinator, Food & Beverage
About: The Akron RubberDucks, a Double A Affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians, are seeking a Coordinator, Food & Beverage to manage concessions operations for home games and special events. This position reports to the Assistant Director, Food & Beverage.
Requirements: Good leadership skills; positive attitude; desire to learn; 1 year of similar experience preferred; experience in high-volume food and beverage operations; customer service focused; exceptionally organized and detailed; strong communication skills; ability to undertake multiple tasks; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs; ability to stand and walk for extended periods; BA/BS Degree in related major preferred
