Position: Cooking School Sous Chef
About: The Cooking School at Harmons offers a unique opportunity for individuals to enhance their culinary skills in a relaxed environment. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Cooking School Chef in educating customers on cooking techniques and recipes using high-quality products and ingredients sold at Harmons.
Requirements: A 2-year college or technical school degree in culinary arts; Ability to multitask while teaching; Current TIPS Certification and Food Handler’s Permit; Wide range of knowledge in food, ingredients, knife skills, and cooking techniques; Excellent organization and planning skills; Strong communication and conflict resolution skills; Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
