Position: Cooking School Chef
About: Harmon’s is seeking a Cooking School Chef to join their team in Mountain View, located at 13330 Kestrel Range Rd, Riverton, Utah, United States of America. The Cooking School Chef will serve as a Harmon’s brand ambassador, fostering a foodie culture by educating customers on recipes, skills, and techniques using high-quality products and ingredients sold at Harmons. This role involves managing the Cooking School department under the supervision of the Store Director.
Requirements: A 2-year college or technical school degree in culinary arts or relevant education and experience; Current TIPS Certification and Food Handler’s Permit; Extensive knowledge in food, quality ingredients, food preparation, knife skills, cooking techniques, sanitation, and hygiene; Experience in catering private events and banquets; Strong communication skills, conflict resolution ability, and decision-making skills; Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
