Position: Cook – Up To $17.55/hr
About: Umaizushi at HMSHost, located at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, is seeking a dedicated Third Cook to join their team. The role involves food production, preparation, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to the Manager, Assistant Manager, or Operations Director based on local requirements.
Requirements: Requires 1-2 years of culinary experience; experience working in a high volume casual dining restaurant environment preferred; introductory level food knowledge; basic level of knife cutting skills; fundamentals of dry and moist cooking methods; food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards; working knowledge of kitchen equipment; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; good communication and customer service skills; ability to lift and/or move 40 lbs; ability to stand for extended periods of time; frequently immerses hands in water and works in a hot environment.
