Position: Cook Supervisor / Driver
About: Summit, focused on serving correctional institutions, ensures that incarcerated people across the United States have access to delicious, healthy food at each meal. As an experienced cook supervisor/driver at Summit in Fort Collins, CO, you will have the opportunity to prepare food and transport it to various locations as needed, providing vital social interaction at meal times for inmates.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; valid state driver’s license; at least one year of experience in a high-volume establishment cooking from scratch; complete knowledge of culinary methods and techniques; ability to use kitchen equipment and tools; high-level product knowledge; excellent attention to detail
