Position: Cook, Rowland’s Bar and Grill
About: Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group at Rowland’s Bar and Grill in New York, New York is seeking full-time Cooks to join their culinary team. The Patina Restaurant Group is a renowned leader in the premium segment of the restaurant and catering industry, operating at prestigious venues such as Lincoln Center, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, the Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, and The Metropolitan Opera.
Requirements: No experience or diploma required; Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations; Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail; Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions; Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements
