Position: Cook/ Prep Cook/ Sous Chef
About: The Cook/Sous Chef position at Century Park Associates involves preparing nutritious, high-quality meals with a hospitality focus for residents in accordance with all laws, regulations, and company standards. The role reports to the Dining Services Director. Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of scratch food preparation experience; prior experience in regularly preparing meals for large groups; be ServSafe certified. Additional Requirements: Enjoy serving seniors; demonstrate excellent customer service, trustworthiness, dependability, effective communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision; work in a fast-paced environment; demonstrate good planning skills; multitask and meet deadlines; maintain a professional appearance; receive and resolve complaints graciously; be responsive to resident requests; display integrity and professionalism by adhering to Century Park’s Code of Ethics and completing all required compliance training.
