Requirements: At least 18 years of age or older; High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Two+ years of experience in commercial food production; Certificate or diploma from a recognized bakery and pastry arts training program preferred; Six+ months’ experience in a commercial, scratch pastry kitchen preferred; Able to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, twist or reach; Able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
