Position: Cook: Kendall, Coral Gables, & Homestead
About: The company is looking for a Cook to join their team in multiple locations including Kendall, Coral Gables, and Homestead. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and handling meals under the direction of the Chef, meeting meal schedules, and maintaining food quality and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
Requirements: 2 years’ experience in quantity cooking in an institutional kitchen with mechanical food service equipment; ability to estimate quantities of food required; order inventory and rotate food items as needed; apportion food items based on diet order and residents’ food preferences; maintain sanitation standards & food handling procedures based on County, State & Federal regulations
