Position: Cook job
About: During assigned shift, general coordination of the lunch, dinner, and graveyard crew kitchen staff. Work in cooperation with Chef, Sous Chef, Lead Cook and F&B Lead Person to ensure consistent, high quality of all preparations, production, and fluid kitchen operation.
Requirements: A.A degree or technical training or at least one year related experience. Degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program is desirable; Valid Food Handler Card required by the State of California, Health and Safety Code 113790
