About: Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through aiding the Culinary Manager in the coordination of kitchen activities. Oversees the kitchen operation in the absence of the Culinary Manager. Prepares and cooks a wide variety of foods to fulfill customer requirements. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of culinary experience; ability to work with numbers and use good judgment and decision-making abilities; excellent customer service skills with a courteous and helpful demeanor; ability to communicate effectively and respect the needs of the senior citizen population
