About: A Cook at TFG – GRG takes full ownership of the daily preparation and execution of food items in their station, following recipes and presentation standards consistently. They strive to exceed guest expectations and provide extraordinary dining experiences. The Cook also serves as an ambassador of the company culture, leading by example and creating a positive work environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience as a Cook; Knowledge of food safety regulations; Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs; Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment; Understanding of food and safety regulations for various dining environments; Strong communication and listening skills
