About: ASM Global, a leading company in privately managed public assembly facilities, is currently seeking a Cook for the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Cook will work under the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to fulfill essential duties and responsibilities in accordance with ASM policies.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED required; 3+ years of experience in a high-volume operation; ability to read and interpret recipes and prep lists; intermediate knife and cooking skills; must pass a background check and meet corporate minimum requirements
