Position: Cook job
About: ASM Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a Cook to join the team at the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Cook will work under the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, following ASM policies and ensuring the highest quality service to guests and coworkers.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Must have a High School Diploma or GED; 3 plus years’ experience in a multi-purpose, high volume operation; Ability to read and interpret recipes and prep list; Intermediate knife and cooking skills; Must be able to pass a background check and meet corporate minimum requirements
