About: First Watch is an award-winning Daytime Dining concept serving made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch using fresh ingredients. Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food and perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level and innate skill. Our ideal Cooks are responsible for delivering high-quality, safe food in a fast-paced kitchen and follow our amazing recipes while using only the freshest ingredients. They communicate well with others, believe in the importance of teamwork, maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station, and must be at least 18 years of age.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred; ability to follow recipes and work with fresh ingredients; good communication and teamwork skills; must be at least 18 years of age
