About: A kitchen environment seeking a Cook to prepare and direct the preparation of food in compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards, following established food production programs and procedures while ensuring proper use of facility supplies and equipment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in food preparation and kitchen operations preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; physical ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, and stoop; manual dexterity and ability to lift items weighing 50 pounds or less; good command of the English language, both oral and written
