Position: Cook job
About: ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is looking to fill a Cook position at ASM Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena. The Cook will assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining high food quality, presentation, and timing, as well as preparing for daily kitchen operations while ensuring a sanitary kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; must be at least 18 years of age; culinary certification or degree from a culinary school preferred, but not required; Food Handlers Permit required in accordance with the Lincoln-Lancaster Health Department; ServSafe Certification preferred, but not required; 1-3 years of food service or restaurant experience required
